Your new company A fantastic, leading Domiciliary Care Company are looking for an experienced and dedicated Care Coordinator based in Andover. Your new role At Bigheartsrecruitment, we are seeking someone who is willing to rearrange their weekly rota to ensure client satisfaction and delivery of the continuity that the client deserves. You will be joining a diverse and busy team, allocating the right care to the right clients at the right time. You will be a key member of the Bigheartsrecruitment family, providing operational support to all who work with you. You will be required to work as a hands-on carer when necessary. Duties and Responsibilities Template permanent calls, review and update the current runs ensuring continuity at all times. Ensure that immediate calls are covered. Responsible for allocation of annual leave. Giving and receiving feedback. Managing performance issues. Effective supervision. Understanding your staff and motivating your team to deliver. Productivity and time management. Managing stress. Be assertive the right way. Schedule two weeks in advance. Monitor lateness weekly and monthly. Manage absences and conduct back-to-work interviews. Address concerns about conduct and level of work. Understand and know your clients. Complete interviews. On-call duties. Skills/Abilities Excellent communication skills. Great literacy and numeracy skills. Basic Microsoft Office skills. Ability to work in a methodical manner. Commitment, reliability, and the ability to empathize are invaluable attributes. We Offer Excellent pay rates. Flexible working hours. Fully paid training. Holiday pay. You Need Access to a vehicle. A full driving licence. Job Type: Full-time Pay: £23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year Additional pay: Bonus scheme. Loyalty bonus. Benefits: Referral programme. Schedule: 10-hour shift. Ability to commute/relocate: Andover, SP10 1PA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required). Experience: Providing care: 5 years (preferred). Work Location: In person.
