You will be joining the team at Chetwynd House, a luxury 75-bed care home, offering high-quality residential and dementia care. As a Care Co-ordinator, you will assist the Care Home Management Team while leading and supervising the care team to ensure personalized, high-quality care for residents. You will conduct various audits, maintain accurate records, oversee the keyworker system, and provide flexible support by completing care shifts as needed. Your role involves coordinating with healthcare professionals, managing medication, performing regular quality checks, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will foster a welcoming environment for residents, relatives, and staff while maintaining confidentiality, participating in team meetings, and being a champion of Adept’s vision of creating a superb place to live and work. Our team receives ongoing training and development from our dedicated Training Manager and Lifestyle & Dementia Manager who offer everything from online training to classroom-based sessions and 1:1 mentoring.
