About the role To be the first line of contact for a group of service users and care workers, to ensure the schedule of care visits is accurate and communicated to the care workers, to ensure the delivery of care to all service users is safe and maintained at a high standard. To recruit, train and retain a team of care workers and ensure they meet the requirements of CQC, LA’s and CCG’s. To lead and motivate staff in your designated areas to meet the personal care needs of service users in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes independence. To actively promote service user satisfaction in the services they receive. To ensure the implementation of minimum National Care Standards as outlined in the Care Standards Act 2000. To help develop the business by means of arranging visits with care managers/local authority and private service users, attend Job fairs etc. to interview new recruits and ensure all paperwork is kept up to date.
