Role Overview: Care Coordinator As a Care Coordinator , you will be a key member of the team, ensuring that our clients receive the highest standards of care. Your responsibilities will include: Coordinating care schedules and ensuring effective allocation of resources. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and care plans. Supporting the recruitment, training, and ongoing development of care staff. Liaising with service users, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure care needs are met. Monitoring the quality of care provided and conducting regular checks and reviews. Handling client queries and complaints, ensuring that all issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner. Key Requirements: NVQ/QCF Level 2 or Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience. At least 2 years of experience in the health and social care sector. Strong organizational and communication skills . A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle. Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate care effectively. A proactive approach to improving customer satisfaction. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with staff, clients, and stakeholders.
