The Care Coordinator will ensure the smooth running of care services, acting as the main point of contact for both clients and care staff. They will play a key role in maintaining high standards of care delivery and fostering positive relationships with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule care visits to ensure all client needs are met efficiently. Liaise with clients and their families to assess care requirements and update care plans as necessary. Manage and support care staff, including handling rota management, absences, and providing guidance. Conduct spot checks, quality assurance visits, and regular reviews to maintain high standards of care. Respond promptly to emergencies, complaints, and service changes, ensuring swift resolutions. Maintain accurate records using our care management system (Careberry). Assist with the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new care staff. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.
