Part-time, mostly evenings and on and off weekends. Flexible with schedule. Responsibilities: Responsible for a group of customers and Care Workers within the local community, ensuring their best interest and safeguarding their wellbeing. Ensuring our customers are receiving the care and support they expect and deserve. Answering phone calls. Allocating carers. Troubleshooting. Organising and coordinating Care services in accordance with the current best practices, according to policy and procedures, agreed standards, legislative requirements, and relevant regulations under the direction of the Manager. Minimum Requirements: 1-3 years experience in the healthcare field. 2-3 years as a Coordinator. Experience:
