Band 6 Care Coordinator
to join their
Early Intervention Service
based in Hounslow. You'll be required to carry out psychiatric assessments, care planning, risk assessments, and participate in MDT meetings within the Early Intervention Service. Location:
Hounslow Rate of pay:
£26p/h Umbrella Working Hours:
Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm Contract:
3 month initial contract with the view of extension Requirements: Registered Mental Health Nurse or Social Worker with a professional registration. Understanding of psychosis, including interventions used to treat this mental health condition.
