Mountbatton Care are recruiting an experienced Care Coordinator to join our Domiciliary Care Team in Liverpool, and be part of our highly successful and dedicated Management team.
Duties include:
To act as a facilitator/leader for a Team of Care Workers
Rota Management using an electronic rota management system
Exceptional organisational skills to support a fast-paced environment
Participate in out of hours on call support on a rota basis
Facilitate staff supervisions and Appraisals
Complete Risk Assessments for Staff and Service Users
Completing regular staff spot checks
Excellent knowledge of CQC compliance and maintaining this at the highest level
Completing Service User Reviews and Service checks
Problem Solving
Providing shift cover when required

Requirements:
Previous experience in similar role essential
Health & Social Care Diploma/NVQ L3 or above completed or working towards qualification
Must have a full driving licence valid in the UK and access to own vehicle.
