You will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of care, managing schedules, liaising with CareGivers, Clients, and their families, and maintaining the highest standards of care provision. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage scheduling to allow CareGivers adequate care and travel time. Maintain regular communication with Clients, their families, and CareGivers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Maintain accurate records including all communications, Client and CareGiver files. Support the recruitment, training, and development of care staff. Ensure compliance with company policies, required regulations, and best practices. Participate in on-call duties and deliver hands-on care when necessary. Requirements: Essential:

Previous domiciliary care experience and UK/EU driving licence with Class 1 business insurance. Desirable:

Scheduling/HR system experience, Health and Social Care qualification. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Proficiency in MS Office and computer systems, with strong reporting and administrative abilities. Highly organised with attention to detail and strong prioritisation skills.
