Areas we cover include Nantwich, Crewe, Audlem, Middlewich, Winsford, Holmes Chapel, Sandbach, and Alsager. Our home care services are for anyone who needs help to live independently in their own home, whatever their age or condition. Building caring relationships, we give tailored support that removes practical difficulties and enriches lives. Only people with the right personal qualities make it onto our care team – people who are sensitive, kind, and compassionate. Our recruitment process starts with background checks and an in-depth interview. There’s then a 12-week training and probationary period before we decide whether to make a permanent job offer. Carers are supported by our experienced management team, who provide ongoing training and support. The team includes a Registered Care Manager who is closely involved with front line staff and clients. You’re welcome to call us at any time, or pop into the office for a chat. Key responsibilities: Schedule and coordinate care services for our clients. Liaise between clients, caregivers, and family members. Support caregivers and ensure excellent care standards.
