Being a care coordinator is about more than just rota management. You will be responsible for supporting the Manager with business growth and ensuring we are always delivering the highest possible standard of care. Building relationships with commissioners, professionals, clients, and family members Rota Management for your packages of care Responding efficiently to day-to-day changes in your care packages Providing excellent customer service This is an office-based role with some travel in the local area required.
