We are looking for an experienced care coordinator in domiciliary care to join our family. This position is one of the most important within our team as planning & continuity are key when it comes to homecare, and you must have the ability to wear many different hats.

Being a coordinator is a methodical & rewarding role, ensuring our team has rotas well in advance by using our in-house software. You will work closely with the Director, and your duties will include coordinating rotas, monitoring our work groups, including on-call, and covering care calls in emergencies where required.

If you have previously held this role, you will understand the importance of continuity for both our staff and service users, as well as the ability to think fast and resolve issues promptly. Being a team player is essential in this leading role within our company.

Qualifications

Previous Care Coordinator experience in a home care setting

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Proficient in using office software

Knowledge of home care services and rota planning

Experience in supporting healthcare professionals and clients in a home care environment

This is a contracted position. We also offer free coffee, cake, and optional therapy pets to reduce stress and make our world a better place.
