This position requires a need to have broad experience in leading teams, creating staff rotas, completing work to a high standard and someone who can be flexible in their approach. You need to be skilled at building relationships and inspiring others to achieve team success which is an absolute must. You are required to have a good knowledge of current legislation and can use tact and diplomacy to deal with finding fair solutions in challenging situations and be able to motivate a team and create a strong team working environment. The job will be covering Cheshire East, Staffordshire and Stoke. A full and detailed job description is available on request. Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule appointments for clients and healthcare providers. Maintain accurate records of client information and appointments. Communicate effectively with clients, healthcare professionals, and team members. Assist in resolving client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner. Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination. Utilize office experience to efficiently manage administrative tasks related to care coordination. Qualifications

NVQ level 3 in health and social care Office experience Administrative experience Strong organizational skills Excellent communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Ability to work independently and as part of a team Job Types
