Description: Position: Care Coordinator Location: Tunbridge Wells, UK Salary: 27,000 - 28,000 per annum Employment Type: Permanent We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Coordinator to join our domiciliary care service based in Tunbridge Wells. As the Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of care services to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage the delivery of care services to clients in the community Create and maintain care schedules for clients, ensuring all shifts are covered Liaise with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to assess and develop care plans Conduct regular reviews of care plans and make necessary adjustments Monitor and maintain accurate records of client care and staff schedules Provide support and guidance to care staff, ensuring they are trained and equipped to deliver high-quality care Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with regulations and standards Participate in recruitment and training of new care staff Handle any client or staff concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for clients Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in domiciliary care Strong understanding of care regulations and standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Proficient in IT and record-keeping Compassionate, empathetic, and patient Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work occasional weekends and evenings If you are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others and have the necessary skills and experience, we would love to hear from you.
