Embrace this fantastic opportunity to shine in a role that truly matters. Roles and Responsibilities: Co-ordinate the effective delivery of Care services for St Jude’s Care. Liaise with carers on a weekly basis, maintaining good communication. Ensure efficient and effective use of resources. Ensure carers arrive at their placement on time. Support induction training for all new carers. Ensure regular communication with clients and families, updating them with any changes. Ensure carers and clients receive a weekly rota. Actively support new carers and aid staff retention. Benefits: The salary for this position starts at £24000-£26000 per annum, with potential for increases based on experience and performance. Free DBS. In-house training. 20 days holiday + Bank holidays. Full-time hours (Monday to Friday). Career progression. To be considered for this role, you will have: Experience in a similar role. Excellent communication skills – written & verbal. People negotiation skills. Strong problem-solving abilities. Good IT skills. The right to work in the UK. Able to work towards company deadlines.
