Organise tours, events and activities to reinforce the home's exceptional care. Identify and execute local marketing opportunities to promote services, increasing visibility and engagement. Build and maintain connections with key influencers, organisations, and partners to drive interest and referrals. Manage online and offline marketing, including social media, websites, and branding efforts. Collaborate with Home Managers and central teams to align strategies and achieve occupancy and sales targets. Requirements
Minimum RGN or NVQ Level 4/5 or equivalent Experience in completing clinical assessments for elderly residents. Thrive on meeting/exceeding targets Creative with a good understanding of marketing online and offline. Confident, professional communicator with excellent relationship-building skills. Remuneration
