Our home is in search of a caring and empathetic care assistant to provide dedicated support to our residents on a daily basis, ensuring their needs are met with kindness and professionalism. As an integral member of our team, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing the well-being and quality of life of each individual under your care. Your responsibilities will include promoting independence among our residents while treating them with the utmost understanding and dignity. You will liaise and work with the nurse in charge in the provision of quality care for all Service Users coming into and living in the Care Home. To ensure the provision of the highest level of care and support to Service Users, Relatives and others. To promote a person-centered care philosophy throughout all areas of the service. Complete the CHAPS Training and further training as and when required. NVQ HSC Level 2 or QCF HSC Award 2 (or higher) in Health and Social Care (or equivalent). Ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Genuine interest in working with the relevant Service User group. Satisfactory Police Check and check against the SOVA List. How to apply
