12+ months experience as head chef. Chef certifications or years of experience cooking English-based food and running a kitchen. Ability to cook for 30+ people in one sitting. Experience cooking from fresh produce and English style dishes. Availability to work from 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Ability to cook on the spot if a resident doesn't like the offered meal. Comfortable with IDDSI training (training will be provided). Ability to work with 1 or 2 kitchen assistants. Experience in baking cakes and pastries. Additional Information:
Experience working in a catering environment. Right to work in the UK and 12 months experience in a care setting. Enhanced DBS (can be applied for). Availability to work 20-30+ hours per week. Schedule:
Can work between 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (generally 8–10-hour shifts).
