Swanstaff Ltd are seeking a passionate and dedicated Chef to join our care homes based in Swanley. As the Chef, you will be responsible for preparing nutritious and appetizing meals tailored to the dietary needs of our residents while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. Key Responsibilities Meal Preparation : Plan and prepare daily meals that are nutritious, varied, and appealing, taking into consideration residents' dietary needs, preferences, and allergies. Menu Development : Create rotating menus that incorporate seasonal ingredients and meet dietary guidelines for older adults. Hygiene Standards : Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen in compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations (e.g., HACCP). Resident Interaction : Engage with residents to understand their preferences and gather feedback to improve meal satisfaction. Team Collaboration : Work closely with care staff and nutritionists to ensure individual dietary requirements are met. Benefits Flexible hours Free training!
