We are searching for an experienced and dedicated

Care Home Manager

with the residential care and people management skills that our dedicated team and community deserve at

Woodcroft Care Home, Cardiff. This role is offered on a

full-time

(36 hours per week),

permanent

basis working with an annual salary of

£46k - £48k

per annum depending on experience. What you'll do You will provide strategic and operational leadership to our colleagues and be accountable for the governance and financial performance of our 56-bed home, ensuring we provide the highest quality for our residents. You will lead on transformational and service improvement to maintain our compliance and quality ratings, incorporating new practices, methods, and technologies. Where you will be working Woodcroft is a 60-bed care home located in Trowbridge. It provides a modern, homely setting for the elderly and those who may need EMI care. The design supports an environment that enables independence and choice within a comfortable and secure setting. What you'll need To be successful you will need demonstrable experience as a successful Residential Care Home Manager working on a similar scale. You also need

QCF level 5

(or equivalent) and you will be able to demonstrate evidence of continuous personal development. You will be an excellent people manager with a proven track record of enabling colleagues with line management responsibilities to carry out their duties in line with people policies and practices and using your strong people management and leadership skills to develop constructive working relationships. You will be commercially aware whilst maintaining focus on quality.
