Nursing Home Manager job vacancy located near Chorley, Lancashire. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and professionally recognised care provider as Registered Manager within their nursing home. The group boasts excellent relationships with local services and CQC as well as the local community.
The nursing home (medium-sized) provides a first-class care service for elderly residential, general nursing, and dementia care.
As the home manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and overall running of the service, ensuring that care standards and practices are met. You will supervise and manage all employees, provide ongoing training and support, and liaise with relatives, family members, and outside professionals including GPs, CQC, and local authorities.
Previous nursing home management experience is essential. Candidates looking to apply for this vacancy should have a good understanding and management experience with an elderly nursing care environment and the policies and procedures set by external authorities. (Non-nurse qualified managers are also encouraged to apply.)
Full support, ongoing training, and career progression will be available and supported on a regular basis.
Salary offered is up to £45,000 - £55,000 per annum based on experience.
