As the Registered Care Home Manager, you will take ownership of ensuring the home delivers the highest standards of care and meets all regulatory requirements. This includes: Key Responsibilities Resident Care:
Oversee person-centred care plans that meet each resident’s individual needs, promote independence, and enhance quality of life. Management:
Lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver exceptional care while upholding the reputation of Mid-Meadows. Compliance:
Ensure adherence to statutory regulations, including the Health and Social Care Act 2008, Health and Safety legislation, and CQC standards. Staff Development:
Recruit, train, and manage a team of care, catering, and domestic staff, ensuring they receive adequate support and professional growth opportunities. Premises & Safety:
Maintain a safe and secure environment for residents and staff, ensuring all health and safety measures are in place. Finance:
Monitor day-to-day expenditure, ensuring the home operates within budget while providing the best for residents. We are looking for a compassionate and experienced leader with: Previous experience managing a residential care home preferred but not a requirement. A strong understanding of CQC regulations and person-centred care principles. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
