Home Manager to come and join our team at Langford Park Nursing Home, to work with us to develop a strong quality focused care team delivering high-quality person centred care to our residents. The successful candidate will require skills and experience in sales, leadership, financial management, customer and team engagement, recruitment and regulatory CQC compliance. The Home Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the home and will be fully involved in the recruitment of their care team alongside the Home Admin. Responsibilities & Qualifications As the Manager of the Home, strong leadership and coaching skills are essential. Communication skills are vital to be able to demonstrate empathy, engage team members, and work with families and residents alike. Essential for the role: Proven management experience at a similar level A clinical background, ideally a registered nurse NMC PIN Established leadership skills to manage large teams Effective multi-tasking and prioritization Strong commercial awareness and competency in the care industry Knowledge of Care Quality Commission, CCG and local authority requirements and expectations A Registered Manager with relevant experience in a senior management capacity is desirable Experience: registered care home management: 5 years (preferred)
