Job Title: Care Home ManagerLocation: The Firs, Felixstowe, Suffolk, IP11 2QFSalary: £48,000 per annumHours: 37.5 hours per week The Role: We are recruiting for a Registered Care Home Manager to lead The Firs - our 40-bed care home in Felixstowe, Suffolk. Working at 37.5 hours per week with the salary of £48,000 per annum. What does it mean to be a Registered Care Home Manager? Delivery of a service which is economically viable, manages resources effectively to meet customer expectations Responsible for the quality of care provided - promoting individualized person centred care, identify and report any risks or poor practice in line with Anchors safeguarding policy Lead audit and inspections, conducted by CQC / Local Authorities to ensure excellent outcomes Accountable for the success of the home - through effective marketing, community engagement, managing occupancy / recruitment levels and overall customer experience Who are we looking for? Passionate experienced registered CQC manager from a medium care home setting A strong understanding of CQC standards and their impact in care management and practice An enthusiastic registered manager with a vision to drive the service forward Excellent people management skills A complete understanding of the needs of older people Ready to start your next challenge at The Firs?
