On behalf of a leading care provider, I am currently looking for a Care Home Manager to join one of their brand new care homes within the Reading area. To be considered for this registered home manager / care home manager role, you should have previous management experience within the elderly care sector. This is a market-leading home, and our client is keen to hire a new manager who has managed luxury homes. Home manager candidates must have managed homes rated as GOOD or OUTSTANDING in CQC reports. Any commissioning or home development experience would be beneficial. Our client is looking to hire a manager who is passionate about delivering excellent care. They want someone to ensure this home is the best home in the Reading area. It is a brand new home and it has been designed to a particularly high standard with new equipment. The registered home manager / care home manager job role: Manage the day to day running of the home. Oversee the delivery of high calibre nursing care. Provide staff management, support and development. Ensure each resident receives the highest standard of care. Liaise with and co-operate with CQC inspectors and their inspections. Promote a caring environment for residents through high standards of professional practice. Person specification of the nursing home manager / care home manager: Strong care home management experience. Knowledge of elderly care. Knowledge of high end luxury care.
