We are seeking a dedicated Registered Care Home Manager with experience in leadership and management. The ideal Home Manager candidate will have a sound recent background in elderly and dementia care with a strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulations.

This attractive, medium sized residential Home is a part of a well-established care company where care and compassion is at the heart of everything they do. They are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Home Manager to maintain the good reputation of the home and promote person-centred care for all residents.

As Registered Home Manager you will hold overall responsibility for the home shared with the Deputy Manager and will play a key role in ensuring that the company's high standards are implemented and adhered to throughout the service. Registered Manager Skills / Experience:

2+ years of managerial experience within an Elderly Care Home setting Have a good understanding of CQC regulations and requirements, safeguarding and care plans NVQ level 5 or equivalent CQC Registered

Registered Manager Duties:

Being responsible for ensuring the very best person-centred care service is provided to our residents whilst promoting their interests and understanding their needs Effectively managing your staff, providing guidance and ongoing supervision and support, recruiting and onboarding new staff and continually develop and encourage your team. Having commercial control and working closely with the Customer Relations Team to ensure that optimum occupancy is maintained in your home by creative marketing strategies ensuring cost control over fees and staffing. Regularly liaising with residents and their families to ensure consistent care is provided throughout.
