Help residents enjoy the highest quality of life with love, friendship, and support in a Christian environment. Ensure the home delivers excellent, person-centred care. Lead and support the Care Staff team. Key Relationships:

Internal: Care, cleaning, and catering staff. External: Residents' relatives and friends, external partner agencies. Key Responsibilities:

Quality of Care:

Assess, plan, implement, and review person-centred care, including for residents with dementia. Support residents' independence in daily tasks and promote equality, diversity, and inclusion. Leading and Managing Staff:

Participate in staff recruitment and retention. Ensure continuous professional development and supervise a small team of care assistants. Handle disciplinary investigations and promote person-centred planning. Leading the Shift:

Lead Care Staff as the Duty Team Leader, delegate tasks, and support staff. Oversee resident admissions and allocate break times. Investigate and manage complaints and escalate issues as needed. Conduct return-to-work interviews and administer medication. Providing Care:

Create, implement, and review care plans. Administer medication, support physical comfort, and address personal care needs. Facilitate resident activities and appointments. Support residents' mobility, health care needs, and end-of-life care. Recording:

Observe, monitor, and record residents' conditions. Communicate and complete records, contribute to care plans, and pass on messages. General:

Support health and safety, participate in on-call duty rota, and continue personal development. Undertake other necessary duties to ensure smooth operations. Flexibility Clause:
