Responsibilities as a Day Care Practitioner In this vital role, you will provide high-quality care and support to our residents during the nighttime hours. Key responsibilities include: Assisting residents with personal care, including hygiene, dressing, and mobility support, ensuring their dignity and comfort. Supporting residents with meals and hydration, ensuring their dietary needs are met. Promoting resident engagement by encouraging participation in activities and social interaction. Monitoring residents’ health and well-being, promptly addressing any changes or concerns. Providing emotional support and companionship to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Documenting care activities accurately and maintaining clear communication with team members. Ensuring a clean, safe, and nurturing environment for residents and colleagues.
