What You’ll Be Doing: Providing personal care and support to residents, taking time to ensure that people retain their dignity, respect, and privacy. Helping with day-to-day activities, always with a smile. Building meaningful relationships and making our home feel like home for our residents. Ensuring all care is documented and agreed procedures and processes are followed at all times. What We’re Looking For: A warm, kind and compassionate person. We know that people from other walks of life can become the very best carers - what’s most important is that you share the same caring workplace values as us.
