West Berkshire Council is looking to recruit a full time Care Practitioner for Phoenix Resource Centre. We provide services for adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and for those with frailty and dementia. We are seeking caring, committed individuals whose practice will demonstrate the four values that are integral to our work: Respect Inclusive Compassion Empowerment The successful candidate will work with our customers in a person-centred way, promoting their independence and wellbeing and supporting people to fulfil their potential, both in the resource centre and in the community. No experience necessary; all training will be provided. However, a demonstrable commitment to our values is essential.
