Duties can include: Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit. Help with everyday tasks such as meal preparation and light housework. Accompanying to appointments, social events, or shopping. Personal care - supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing, and grooming to keep them healthy and independent. Being a Care Professional is a highly rewarding career where no two days are the same! With minimum one-hour care visits and client matching, you have the time to provide high-quality, person-focused care. We’re looking for applicants with a kind, compassionate heart who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients. Must be organised, flexible, and reliable with excellent time-keeping. Applicants ideally should have a driving licence and access to a vehicle, although other methods of transportation may be acceptable and given due consideration depending on the needs of the client and their location. Care Professional Benefits: Excellent pay rates - £12.60 per hour (rising in April), plus enhanced bank holiday rates. Blue light card. Flexible working hours - zero hours contract. Minimum one-hour visits – so you have the time needed with the client. Employee referral bonus programme. Mileage - paid separately. MOT charge reimbursed – if using own car. Training - fully paid award-winning training and ongoing support, with genuine career development opportunities. Employee assistance programme - available 24/7. Pension Scheme. Qualifications
