Job Description We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Professional to join our team in Broadstone, United Kingdom. As a Care Professional, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by providing non-medical support services that enable them to maintain their independence in their own homes. Assist clients with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility Prepare nutritious meals and help with feeding when necessary Provide companionship and emotional support to clients Accompany clients to appointments and social activities Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment Monitor clients' well-being and report any changes in condition to supervisors Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals As Care Assistants we receive:   Competitive rates of pay of up to £14.25 per hour. Enhanced pay rate for NVQ Level 3 holders. Paid Wait times up to 1 hour. Paid travel time. Milage paid at 35p per mile. Health Cash Plan and an Employee Assistant Programme. We are currently looking for candidates who can offer good availability including a mixture of mornings and evenings. Every other weekend availability is a requirement Qualifications Genuine passion for caring and improving others' lives Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build trust Reliable and patient, with a positive attitude Physically fit to assist with daily tasks and mobility support Basic literacy and numeracy skills Flexibility to work various shifts Eagerness to learn and undergo training Problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure Valid driving licence and own vehicle preferred, but not required Additional Information We don’t do tasks; we enhance lives and give a better quality to living.
