Our approach is to work with you to find the availability that is suitable for you and to meet the needs of our clients. What You'll Enjoy as Our Care Pro: Competitive Pay:

£12/hour on weekdays, £13/hour on weekends Mileage Compensation:

30p per mile. Travel Time Pay:

£12 - £13 per hour between clients. Minimum 1-Hour Visits:

Ensuring quality time with clients. Local Shifts:

Reducing your travel distance, and we cover mileage. Comprehensive Training:

£50 for referring friends with an easy-to-use app to track points. Benefits:

Paid holidays and pension for all staff, also access to the Employee Assistance Program. Job Description Responsibilities would include but are not limited to: Travel to visit your regular clients and

offer support

according to their care plan and their wishes. Engage in

activities , support your client to continue their

hobbies , maintain their independence, and maximise the quality of their lives. Support with

making meals

and

keeping the home clean and tidy . Allow clients to maintain their dignity whilst assisting them with

personal care tasks

like getting changed, for those who require your assistance. Qualifications No qualifications required, as full induction training is provided with ongoing development and support. What We Look For in You, Our Care Assistant: Adaptability and a personable nature. Genuine willingness to prioritise the well-being of others.
