Job Description
As a Care Professional, you will play a vital role in delivering our professional care services. Your responsibilities will include:
Ensuring Clients stay safe and secure in the comfort of their own homes.
Assisting with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
Promoting independence and dignity to create a nurturing environment.
Building lasting, meaningful relationships and engaging in social activities with Clients.
To cover shifts on Wednesdays/Thursdays/Fridays throughout the day.
