My client, an expanding Legal 500 firm with a strong reputation for excellence, is seeking a Senior Care Solicitor to join its newly established Bedworth office. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced care law professional to play a key role in a growing department, contributing to the firm’s continued success and development. Key Responsibilities Managing a varied caseload of care proceedings, including complex and high-profile matters Representing parents, guardians and other parties in public law children cases Advising clients on all aspects of care law, ensuring the highest standards of client care Supervising and mentoring junior members of the team Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, local authorities and other stakeholders Contributing to the growth and reputation of the department through business development and networking activities Ensuring compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements You Qualified Solicitor with substantial experience in care law and public law children cases A proven track record of handling complex and sensitive matters Excellent advocacy, negotiation and communication skills Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Children Act Ability to work independently and as part of a team A commitment to delivering exceptional client service What’s on Offer?
