Provide support to individuals in their daily activities to promote independence. Assist with personal care and daily living tasks. Work collaboratively with a team to ensure the well-being of service users. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Requirements:
Full flexibility to work 7am-2.30pm and 2.30pm-10pm on a rota basis Monday to Sunday is essential. Flexibility to cover night shifts is also required. 37.5hrs Full time. Previous experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker or Healthcare Assistant is ideal, but not essential. Passion for helping others lead their most independent lives. Benefits:
