as you will be trained for the job. We will help you achieve a level 2 qualification and support you onto level 3 if you desire this. We are on the lookout for candidates with the right character and personality traits. This is most important in our line of work. As a Care Assistant, you will provide essential support to individuals in need, helping them with daily activities and ensuring their well-being. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others. You will become competent in the following tasks: Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing. Help clients with mobility and transfers. Provide companionship and emotional support. Administer medication according to prescribed schedules. Assist with meal planning and preparation. Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and tidying up. Escort clients to appointments or social outings. Document client care activities and report any changes in their condition to the supervisor. Skills: Empathy and compassion for others. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work well in a team environment. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Patience and understanding when working with individuals with diverse needs. Ability to follow instructions and adhere to care plans. Basic knowledge of health and safety practices. Minimum Requirements: Great communication skills - written and verbal. Ability to work under pressure. A lot of personality! Willingness to complete our training. Right to work in the UK.
