Care Support Worker,
you’ll be assisting people to live their best life, with a particular focus on supporting people with kindness and compassion. You will support people with all aspects of daily living, including assisting with their personal care and health needs. You should be kind, compassionate, and driven to protect the rights of the people you support. You’ll respect the individual characters of those you support and the different wants and needs they may have. To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be available to work on a rota basis, which is covered over a 24/7 period. Some waking nights and sleep-ins will be required. Able to work on a rota basis, working across a 24/7 shift pattern. Understanding and able to respond to people’s unique needs and desires. Experienced in providing support to vulnerable individuals.
