individuals to join our fantastic team for morning, lunch, teatime and evening home visits in the
Stevenage, Letchworth and Hitchin and surrounding areas including weekends. Right at Home is an award-winning homecare company and our staff are very important to us. Our clients depend on our team of Care Assistants to help and support them with the activities of daily living in their homes including personal care. You probably already have the skills you need to make a great Care Assistant, but we’ll teach you everything you need to know. What we offer our Care Assistants: Competitive hourly rates:
£13.40ph
Weekdays and
£14.10ph
Weekends with
Enhancements on Bank Holidays Mileage pay at 40p per mile Paid Holiday Free DBS Award-winning training and ongoing support Access to further learning Clear career progression routes Flexible hours Blue light card Duties will include: Motivating Clients to get the most out of their day Personal care Administering medication Assisting Clients with washing and dressing Shopping Housekeeping Meal preparation Taking Clients for appointments or outings Requirements of a Care Assistant: Must hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving licence and have access to own vehicle Be able to offer availability either early mornings (from 7am), afternoon (from 2pm) or evening (from 5pm) and every other weekend Commit to attending a 3-day training course Live locally to Stevenage, Letchworth & Hitchin and surrounding areas Have or be willing to obtain business vehicle insurance If you have experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Carer, HCA, Health Care Assistant or in the NHS we would love to hear from you. However, if you do not have experience, we provide full training and encourage candidates from all sectors to apply. This could be the start of your new career, with our full support and outstanding training, anything is possible if you put your head and heart into it.
