Care Team Leader
to join our clients team within a medium/advanced dementia nursing home. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support a team of care staff in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents with medium to advanced dementia. Ensure the safe administration of medication, in line with relevant policies and procedures. Create a warm and supportive environment, promoting the dignity, independence, and well-being of all residents. Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to ensure the best care practices are followed. Assist in the development and training of the care team. Requirements: NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent). Prior experience working in a similar dementia care setting as a Senior Care Assistant / Team Leader. Medication administration training and experience. Excellent leadership and communication skills. A compassionate approach and genuine commitment to the care and support of residents. What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate of £13.50 per hour (with potential for negotiation based on experience and qualifications). Ongoing training and development opportunities.
