Full time 37.5 hours = 3 days per week or Part time 25 hours = 2 days per week Shift patterns: Day shift is 06.45am to 19.15pm Early shift is 06.45am to 13.00pm Late shift 14:45pm to 21:00pm Occasionally - Night shift is 18:45pm – 07:15am 4 week rolling rota Why choose to work for us? Our ideal candidate: Dedicated to providing our residents with a high standard of care and support is essential Good interpersonal skills and a caring nature Good communication and listening skills are essential Level 3 in Health and social care preferred but not essential, but must be willing to work towards Experience in dispensing medication is preferred Be able to lead and support a team Good work ethic Be able to work on your own but also as part of a team Be able to work effectively with colleagues and Line Managers Ability to understand and follow policies and procedures Willingness to support home in covering extra shifts when needed Hardworking and motivated Reliable If you have any questions or would like some further information on the role, please
