About Us: Howard Finley Care are recruiting for our client where care is provided in a supported living service for adults with learning disabilities and mental health conditions. Role Overview: As a Care Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of their care team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support, promoting the well-being and independence of the residents. You will lead by example, providing guidance, support, and training to their care staff. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and lead a team of care staff, ensuring they deliver exceptional care and support. Develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents. Foster a positive, inclusive environment that promotes residents' independence and choice. Monitor and maintain high standards of care in line with regulatory requirements and best practices. Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing support and development opportunities for staff. Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care and support. Assist with scheduling and ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet residents' needs. Qualifications and Experience: NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a supported living or care environment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle challenging situations. A valid UK driving license and access to your own vehicle for work purposes. Benefits: Competitive hourly rate of £13. Full-time, stable employment with a supportive team environment.
