Your Role as a Care Assistant: Build strong and meaningful relationships with residents, assisting them with their

Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

to promote independence, individuality, and mobility. Provide support with ADLs, including

personal care, administering medication, mealtimes , and engaging in meaningful daily activities. Serve as a

Key Worker

for a small group of residents, maintaining close relationships with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure personalised care plans are delivered. Champion the

dining experience , offering residents choices, assisting with meals, and ensuring their feedback is shared with the Chef Manager. Assist with

office and administrative duties , including care planning and rota management. Actively participate in training and development to maintain up-to-date skills and confidence. What We’re Looking For: Positive attitude , passion, and a willingness to develop skills within the Care Assistant role. Previous experience

working with frail elderly residents or those living with dementia is preferred. Capacity to

communicate effectively , both verbally and in writing. Reliable, accountable, and punctual, with strong interpersonal skills. Flexibility

to work shift patterns as required. NVQ in Social Care (preferred but not essential). Why Join?
