The Care Worker role is one of the most important and rewarding positions within our company. This role helps service users live in the community for as long as possible by providing the necessary care and support to individuals and families.
As a Care Worker, you will be expected to provide a culturally and ethnically sensitive service, which is integral to the provision of home care.

Responsibilities include:
Performing basic personal care tasks as outlined in the service user's care plan, including assisting service users to go to bed, total body washing, toileting, dressing, and feeding.
Alerting the Care Coordinator or Field Supervisor of any changes in the service user's condition or circumstances.
Creating and maintaining good communication with service users, including those who may have communication difficulties.
