Full Time Main Duties
Assist individuals with daily tasks such as personal hygiene, dressing, and eating Implement and follow care plans tailored to each individual’s needs Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and healthcare professionals Provide emotional support and companionship to those under your care Drive or accompany individuals to appointments or outings when required Qualifications
Experience in IT systems used in care settings is advantageous Knowledge of care home & home care procedures and protocols Proficient in English to effectively communicate with individuals and colleagues Ability to drive and possess a valid UK driver’s licence Familiarity with home care practices and principles Competence in creating and implementing care plans Required Documents
