This is an external vacancy and is not employment with East Riding of Yorkshire Council. A 55-year-old Lithuanian male in Bridlington is seeking 2 support workers as a job share to provide support for 15 hours per week. The role hours are flexible, typically consisting of 3-hour blocks per day. The gentleman has interests and hobbies in history. Support needs / medical diagnoses include: Motor Neurone Disease. The duties include: Toileting Showering Dressing Meal preparation Tube feeding Hoisting Administering medication The candidate should be punctual, resourceful, proactive, and possess a good sense of humour. Effective communication is essential; therefore, candidates must be thoughtful and considerate in their communication and actions. They should be sensitive to and able to positively manage and respond to the needs of the individual. Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and patient needs is required. Previous experience in caregiving is preferred but not required. DBS/Medical check
