Ideally, for this role, we are looking for a qualified Care Worker (Level 3 in Residential Childcare) who has experience of working within a SEMH (social, emotional and mental health difficulties) setting, and has a passion for supporting children to develop and thrive. We will be providing a nurturing home led by highly-experienced managers and with a strong, vibrant team. You will be expected to engage in annual safeguarding training and remain vigilant regarding any concerns about a child. The successful candidate is required to provide references and will be expected to undertake an enhanced DBS check.
