Topline Care Solutions, a leading domiciliary care agency, is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Health and Support Worker (female) to join our team. You will provide in-home care and support services, ensuring our clients receive the utmost respect, dignity, and confidentiality. At Topline Care Solutions, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional care that meets the highest industry standards. Our tailored care plans focus on the individual needs of each client, with the mission of enhancing their quality of life through compassionate care and support. Sponsorship will be offered upon the successful completion of a three-month probationary period. Main Duties

Providing personal care and support services to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Assisting clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed Administering medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals Providing companionship and emotional support to clients Assisting with meal preparation and feeding as needed Performing light housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, and changing bed linens Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of care provided Qualifications

Must be in UK & access to vehicle is required. Candidate must be able to start working ASAP. Ability to work independently and follow care plans accurately Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and caring attitude towards clients Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Required Documents
