We are searching for carers that want to be a part of something special. Our hours of work are set to work around you, creating the perfect work-life balance. With a minimum of 4 hours required to work per week, you can work as little or as much as your schedule allows you to. No sponsorship available at present. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and safety. Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals. Administer medication and monitor clients' health conditions. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being. Assist with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition. Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions. Adhere to safety and hygiene protocols while performing care duties. Qualifications Previous experience in care settings, including assisted living and nursing homes. Proficiency in developing and implementing care plans. Knowledge of Alzheimer's, dementia, and hospice care. Strong skills in patient care and medication administration. Ability to perform heavy lifting and meal preparation. First aid certification and valid driver's license preferred. Compassionate approach to senior care and behavior management.
