Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and safety. Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals. Administer medication and monitor clients' health conditions. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being. Assist with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition. Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions. Adhere to safety and hygiene protocols while performing care duties. Qualifications Previous experience in care settings, including assisted living and nursing homes. Proficiency in developing and implementing care plans. Knowledge of Alzheimer's, dementia, and hospice care. Strong skills in patient care and medication administration. Ability to perform heavy lifting and meal preparation. First aid certification and valid driver's license preferred. Compassionate approach to senior care and behavior management.
