Tynedale Centre, Hexham supports adults with complex needs. We are looking for an enthusiastic person who is committed to helping maintain a quality service. This role is: Permanent Full Time, 35 Hours NCC Band 4 salary - £24,201 - £25,795 Role of the job: To support service users with their physical, personal and emotional care, to enable and promote independence so they can reach their full potential. Preparation and serving of meals/drinks Communicating with service users and colleagues, report writing and sharing of information Collaborate with colleagues to ensure individual care plans are achieved/reviewed Attend training, take part in appraisals, supervisions and team meetings. Requirements: NVQ/QCF level 2 or good level of education Experience of working with adults who have complex needs Desirable - full driving license We are looking for someone who is caring, compassionate, and considerate.
